Teaching Vacancy for Grades Pre-K to 3 at Nyckelskolan in Södertälje, starting August 2026

Nyckelknippan Förskole AB in Södertälje comprises Nyckelskolan, a school for grades Pre-K to 9 with 260 students, and the preschool Ängsnyckeln located in adjacent premises. Since our founding in 1994, we have based our work on Maria Montessori's theories. Combined with the Swedish National Curriculum LGR 22 and the school's core values – love, knowledge, and respect – this creates a unique, pedagogical, and small-scale environment. Qualifications:

• You are a certified teacher with a solid understanding of LGR 22.
• You wish to contribute to developing and influencing teaching at Nyckelskolan.
• You have a reflective approach and are attentive to the individual development of students.
• You are flexible and view close collaboration with colleagues as a strength.

You will be a significant part of a school in constant development. Through collegial and collective learning, you will develop both individually and in collaboration with your colleagues. The school is driven by three teams that, in close cooperation with the management, lead school development initiatives. We use the learning platform Infomentor, a tool that simplifies daily life for teaching staff and enables smooth documentation, reflection, and communication with both students and guardians.
